- an intake questionnaire
- a 55-minute discovery Zoom session utilizing various tools
- a one-day prep questionnaire and intention-setting Zoom session
- specifically chosen assessment(s) for the one-day
- a one-day in-person intensive to focus on increasing the vitality in the chosen areas of your life
- two healthy, customized meals; snacks and beverages the day of the intensive
- five Way Beyond Coaching Sessions on Zoom for integration and implementation support
